Cancellation, Refund, and Attendance Policy

1. Refund Policy All sales for services and products are final. Healthcare Education Solutions LLC does not offer refunds for course registrations or products purchased.

2. Attendance and Lateness To ensure a productive learning environment for all participants, timely attendance is mandatory.

  • Punctuality: Students who arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled class start time will be considered a "No-Show" and will not be admitted.

  • Breaks: Students who fail to return from a scheduled break for more than one (1) hour without prior notification and approval will be marked absent and considered a "No-Show" for the remainder of the class.

3. "No-Show" Policy A "No-Show" is defined as a student who fails to attend their registered TNCC class or who violates the attendance and lateness policies outlined above.

  • Consequence: Students who are classified as a "No-Show" will forfeit all registration fees paid for the course.

4. Course Cancellations by Healthcare Education Solutions LLC In the rare event a class is canceled by Healthcare Education Solutions LLC due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, instructor emergency, or other force majeure events), we will contact all registered students. We will work with each student to reschedule their attendance for a mutually agreed-upon future class date.

5. Policy Exceptions Healthcare Education Solutions LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
